This policy explains how WebCo LLC, which operates the EXELLEON brand and exelleon.com ("EXELLEON", "we"), handles information about you. Questions? Email contact@exelleon.com.
What we collect
- Product support form: your name, email, product, order number, issue type and message, any photos you attach (up to five), and whether you ticked the box to receive marketing emails.
- Business inquiry form: your name, email, company (optional), inquiry type and message.
- Warranty registration: your name, email, phone (optional), product, where you bought it (Amazon, Walmart, another retailer or a gift), order number, purchase date, proof of purchase (a receipt photo or file, when not bought on Amazon), and whether you ticked the box to receive marketing emails. When you register, we also store the exact wording of that checkbox and the time you submitted the form.
- Warranty claims: your name, email, phone (optional), product, where you bought it, order number, purchase date, proof of purchase (when not bought on Amazon), the type of problem and your description of it, the photos or video you upload, and your declaration about how the product was used.
- Email sign-ups (site footer and blog): your email address. Klaviyo records the time you signed up and where on the site you signed up. Signing up adds you to our email list right away (we don't send a separate confirmation email first).
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider and the services below receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Our email service's website script may set cookies to recognize returning visitors. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and provide product support.
- To record your warranty and review warranty claims, including checking your order with the store you bought from.
- To send product tips, news and offers, only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site working and to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
Services that process your information for us
- Airtable: stores warranty registrations and claims.
- Formspree: delivers our support and contact form messages.
- Klaviyo: manages our email list and sends marketing emails to people who opted in. Klaviyo also loads a small script on this site.
- Google reCAPTCHA: helps block spam on our forms. Its use is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.
- Bolt / Netlify: host the website.
- Google Fonts: serves the fonts used on the site.
- Amazon: product images on this site are loaded from Amazon's image servers, which receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser information.
These providers handle information only to provide their service to us.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Warranty records are kept for the warranty period plus a reasonable time afterward for our business and legal records. Support messages are kept as long as needed to help you and improve our products. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; we keep a record of the unsubscribe so we don't email you again.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@exelleon.com. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor requests as the law requires.
Children
Our site and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
