Getting the most from it
Back targeting: set the arm to 45° or 90°, hold the handle in front of you, and the head reaches your mid and upper back.
Start at speed 1: with 30 lb of stall force, build up gradually.
Warm up first: use the heated head on green (113 °F) before switching to a percussion head.
