Who gives this warranty

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship present when the product left the factory ("factory defects"), when the product is used for personal, household use exactly as described in its user manual.

How long

One (1) year from the original retail purchase date shown on proof of purchase. A repaired or replacement product is covered only for whatever remains of the original year; the warranty period does not restart.

Who is covered

The original purchaser, for products bought new from EXELLEON or an authorized seller (EXELLEON's Amazon and Walmart stores). Products bought used, refurbished, open-box, from auctions or from unauthorized sellers are not covered. A gift recipient is covered with the giver's proof of purchase.

What is NOT covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect or accident, intentional or unintentional, including drops, impacts, crushing, and use on hard surfaces or bone.
  • Exposure to water or any liquid, moisture, humidity, sand or extreme heat or cold.
  • Use not in line with the user manual, including continuous use beyond the stated limits, and use while charging.
  • Damage caused by chargers, cables or power sources that don't meet the product's rated input (5 V / 2 A).
  • Damage or defects caused by improper or unauthorized repair, modification, opening or tampering.
  • Normal wear and tear: cosmetic marks, scratches, wear of heads, attachments, foam and covers, and the case.
  • The normal, gradual loss of battery capacity over time and charge cycles. A battery that fails because of a factory defect within the warranty period is covered.
  • Commercial, clinical, rental or professional use.
  • Loss, theft, and damage during shipping after delivery to you.
  • Products with a removed or altered model label.

What we will do

If we confirm a covered factory defect, we will, at our option, (a) send a replacement product of the same or equivalent model, (b) send a replacement part or attachment, or (c) refund the purchase price paid. These are your only remedies under this warranty.

How to make a claim

Submit the claim form at exelleon.com/warranty-claim within the warranty period with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and photos or video showing the product and the defect. We may ask for more information or for the product to be returned for inspection before deciding. Registering your product is optional and is never required for warranty coverage.

Limits

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE ONE-YEAR DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
