Make a warranty claim

The EXELLEON 1-year limited warranty covers factory defects. To review your claim we need:

• Your order number (Amazon or Walmart) or a photo of your proof of purchase
• What happened, and when it started
• Photos or a short video showing the product and the problem

We reply from support@exelleon.com, typically within 24 hours. Please check the warranty terms before you start. If you just need help using your product, our support page may answer it faster.
